Empower Diversity 

I created this mock survey as a part of a larger diversity training proposal for one of my instructional design classes. In the proposal I selected to design a training for the Walt Disney World Company. I used Qualtrics XM to design a needs assessment survey. This survey would be administered to employees before taking the training course, as a method to gauge how much knowledge learners were entering the training with. Having a baseline for education level would help the training facilitators better instruct the learners and potentially bring in new training components. The survey was designed with the company branding in mind, continuing with a Disney theme and including on brand images.
