Testing Center Calling Cheat Sheet 

As part of my role as Academic Advisor for Columbia College Guantanamo Bay, I oversaw the base testing center. The testing center proctored a variety of computer based tests. Issues occasionally occurred while administering exams that required help from the testing provider. This sheet was used as a quick reference for testing center proctors.
