Needs Assessment and Learner Analysis
About This Project
I created this needs assessment and learner analysis as a part of my role working in Housing and Residential Life. The goal for this survey was to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the 2018-2019 programming model. I wanted to gauge the success of events and hear from the students what events were their favorite and which type of event they would like to see more of. I also wanted to know what activities students placed the most value in. My favorite part about this assessment was hearing directly from the students their thoughts on the residential programming. I also was glad to be able to provide a variety of question types to allow students to respond quickly but also give their thoughts in their own words.
